Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ankers.cc. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for a refund after 12 hours of ordering. (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users). If the item has already been moved to the shipping stage so we cant cancel your order at this point. For a change of mind, don’t hesitate to get in touch with help@ankers.cc.
Return & Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) to Ankers within 30 days from the date of the item was received. Please contact us at help@ankers.cc and include your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for a refund (2.6% for credit card users, and 3.6% for PayPal users). Please note that :
- Any returned item must be not an open box product.
- Any returned item must be returned with, product manuals, cables, and all accessories, we will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing in-the-box accessories.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, the customer assumes all shipping charges or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility.
- Ankers is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment used for the purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Replacement
Ankers will replace (at Ankers expense) any Ankers product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material, and if it is unrepairable. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. Please contact us at help@ankers.cc and include your name, order number, and the item(s) information. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days. After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your replacement.

Step 2 Please is prepared documentation or a short video as the following information:

- ② Proof of purchase
- ③ Serial Number
- ④ Video or photo of the damaged/defective product
- ⑤ Mailing address
- ⑥ Contact telephone number
- ⑦ Address for receiving the replacement.
Step 3 The Ankers Care Team will make a final determination regarding warranty service with the RMA report.
Step 4 Delivery of the item with a clear RMA number on the shipping label to Ankers specified address for processing.
